This very lovely London wedding took place in Chelsea, then Hyde Park then on to Notting Hill. London brides have such an amazing choice of incredible venues. Even taking in a rural look with the wonderful Hyde Park.
Frankie wore a customised version of the Mercy dress. Instead of the classic cap sleeve we added a three quarter version. The original dress was a champagne silk with the Ivory silk and French lace over. Here we used Ivory throughout. The skirt also had a change, Replacing the original silk tulle with a silk crinkle chiffon.
Farsheen looked so beautiful on her wedding day.The Ophelia two piece and her were a match made in heaven…..or somewhere equally magical. This stunning London wedding took in The Shard, Shakespeare globe and the city of London skyline as its venue.
Bridal separates have become so very popular lately. Ophelia design consists of a silk and tulle incredibly light and floaty skirt with a hip band of hand detailed french Lace. The camisole shaped top is a simple bias slip shape skimming the body shape closely. Floating over this is an open style french Lace fluted top attached at the neck edge.
I am currently in the process of adding many new fabulous Floaty boho wedding dress styles to my collection. These are ready to be tried on at my studio by appointment.
Keeping with the vintage boho lace look with an emphasis on easy to wear natural fit and comfort. This is combined with using only the nicest and best quality silks and laces. I have kept with French lace as opposed to the synthetic lookalikes so far!
I adore the soft tactile quality of these laces that add quality and a touch of Boho Luxe to my wedding dresses.
The spring/summer of 2015 saw me moving to collection based designs. Having worked pretty much exclusively bespoke prior.
I am still building up a full and varied collection adding new designs constantly. This has been a wonderful and exciting time, there is something quite special about having a row of your own ideas hanging on a rail!
I am still insuring that each bride has a personal service and I thing this shows in the pictures of the stunning and diverse brides who chose one of my dresses.
On a fine June day this gorgeous collaborative, creative shoot took place. I adore how perfectly Kirsten Mavric captured the spirit of the looks and the amazing beauty of our two models Victoria and Louise. Truly stunning portraits and whimsical images. It was such a pleasure to work together on this. The stunning hair and make up by Roxanne New. Love the 70’s pastel eyeshadow!
The most amazing shoot day featuring my boho style wedding dresses. Bluesky flowers created the most beautiful floral crown, ever ! I am still in awe of it. The bouquets Liz made were perfectly romantic but with a slight edge. Donna Crain supplied the beautiful hair pieces making the forehead band with feather and flower especially for the shoot. I had such fun creating the veil and juliet cap below. I used original pieces of vintage lace to make the headband . The veil is silk tulle edged with chantilly lace.
